They will have to do a DNA on him to prove one way or the other. That is his only chance that I know of. But the sad thing is, he is more or less is ruined for life of what he is accused of. People will see him and think about it.
Who was the one that turned him in, were they mad at him about something? Really need for information on this to help out more. I have a son in prison for basically the same thing. Except it wasn't his daughter and he didn't rape her even though they first said he did, then the DNA came back, they found nothing. Later the police found out that she wasn't raped at all.

There are organizations that will help when there are false convictions. Many people here have told you that if he is in jail, he is guilty. Not true. They have freed many people because they were found to be NOT GUILTY after serving many years in prison. An appeal can only happen if there was an error in the trial. Keep trying to help him and look online for places that will help. People have gotten relatives out of jail in the past.
God bless you and your brother. Good luck in finding the help you need.

Did the daughter say it was him because if she can't identify him as the predator than this was a false conviction and I would ask for an appeal.

forensic science in todays age is very accurate. If he raped a child sperm would have been in place and dna would match....maybe ur in denial that ur brother was actually capable of such a sick evil act??
