I'm 5'8" and I weigh 127 lbs.
But I do have hyper tendencies and I have to run around after sitting all day at work, or else I get jittery.

But I also gorge myself everytime I eat and I stick to a ultra high-calorie, high-fat diet, as well.

We're just high-metabolistic. I tried lifting weights to get bigger, but I only got more cut and defined, instead of gaining body mass.

You're not fat, but I'll bet your body isn't in the greatest shape. Just because you aren't overweight does not mean you are healthy. You were blessed with a high metabolism, but keep that up, and you'll have heart disease by the age of 35.

you have high metabolism rate so fats are burned even when u r just idling. but don't take things for granted because the high meta rate will cool down once u get older and u will start putting on weight if you dont exercise enuf.

It will catch up eventually. First 150 lbs. then whoops it will slip into 175 maybe even 200! At least eliminate the mcF---fries from your life.

You must still be young and have a good metabolism! But wait till you are older then you'll get fat, if you keep that up!

Because exercise & metabolism burns off the calories you
eat before they can be stored as fat..
Eat more and you will get fat...

It's in your genes. Or it could be because you might be still young. Metabolic rate only slows down when you get older.

Your metabolism is too high. Do you smoke? That may have something to do with it because it speeds up metabolism.
