It is a good reason for U.S. to kill non democrat government to make their people democrats. Myanmar military government must be eliminated and their people would be freed, for example.

You cannot force a democracy on anybody. What you can do -s what we did in Iraq - offer the people a chance to choose their form of government.
The people of Iraq freely choose a democratic form of government in several UN-certified elections.
The people we are killing are those who are trying to use terrorism to overthrow an elected government and replace it with a dictatorship run by themselves.
