I hate telling customers "I can understand your frustration" when they call me and yell at me for disconnecting their cable. (First, it's not me who disconnected it, it's the company I work for! Second, if they just paid their bills they wouldn't get disconnected!)
Grrrr....thinking about it makes me not want to go back to work LOL I agree with you on the excuses thing - I get that all the time from customers, too!

i really hate that i am so loud and dont think things through b4 talking them out loud and that has gotten me in a lot of touble and i hate it. i have lost friends and family over this and i try so hard to stop and just cant. i hate it when my heart takes over my brain

wow baby, your from montreal, and you don't speak french, usually when people are from montreal, or quebec, they usually speak french, oh and when i was in canada i was watching canadian idol, and american idol is sooooooooooooooooo much better, do you want to know why, because they have kevin covais on it, and canadian idol doesn't...boo canadian idol...lol
