It really depends on the way he treats a girl. The way he aproaches her, carries himself, yes one could say that looks are somewhat part of it. But if a guy is seen as a total jerk and *** in front of people he won't be hott to a girl. Thats pretty much it.

Clothes can change a person from being adork to being hot. It's all about the clothing. Then of course chreat a girl right and go from there....

Well I would say the body and the face. But mostly there attitude on how they act around you.
