Jesus was born in 4 BC, right? Or should I say, BCE? Anyways, the records of Jesus' birth are not historically reliable, so it doesn't really matter.

No. There are some people, Christian or not who do still think 0 year was the birth of Christ, but that has been discounted and we now know that Christ was born in 6 BC. It was a nice thought anyway though.

The calendar was originally based ont eh birth of Christ, but the guy who did the original calculation got it wrong. Jeus was proably born sometimne around 4 B.C.

When people discovered the mistate, it was too late to correct the mistake.

Christians believe that Jesus was born of a Virgin mother, (Mary), was here sharing the word of His Father, the Almighty God, Died on the cross for our sins, so we can accept Him as our savior, repent of our sins, and have eternal life with Him in heaven as His bride. Who cares about stupid calanders?

Christians care about leading others to that very same savlation, because that is what is important. Not some calander.
