Size matters only to the girl who is answering the question. Some women have large vaginas and therefor like a longer or thicker penis to achieve maximum pressure and pleasure, whereas some women, like me, are very shallow and tight, and cannot stand a big penis because it is nothing but painful. I have a friend who will not have sex with a man who has a penis bigger than 4" for this very reason. Each woman has a different idea about her "perfect mate", and if you're asking because of a special someone, take her word for it. She knows what feels good to HER, and that's all that matters.

Each person has their own preferences, some like long ones for deep penetration and some like thicker ones as it may give more stimulation. The size does not matter as much as you think after all a finger or a tongue isn't that big usually.

I think you are talking about what females may talk about things when a guy is in the circle, females don't talk about penises only, believe that, if the guy has a tongue and uses it in the right way, they will talk about that may be even a little more than the penis.
