With the current spike in the numbers of pedophiles and sexual child abuse, I think that reference is twisted. What could it possibly mean but a desire to have an underaged girl?

It's a power issue. I personally love it. I would wager that most guys do. When your girl becomes submissive and lets the guy feel in charge it can be very exciting.
