Why does Islam say to kill everyone that is not Islam. Thousands and thousands killed in the name of allah. Why would anyone want to join a cult that wanted to kill.

Islam dosent ask us to kill people in the name of Allah. We come back to the meaning of Jihad. Jihad or jahada whch literally means he strove or exerted himself namely agaisnt evil in the name of Allah and agaisnt oppression. A muslim is 0only raise his arms(weapons) to protect himself, when he or his religion is in danger or under attack.
Weapons are not the only way Jihad is done. It is done by the pen of scholar, the words of speaker or by weapons. Please folks remember Jihad does not =(equal) to war
