anything associated with the word pig, is not endearing or complimenting lemme tell ya. and a guy that mixes pig with the word sex....is just being plain ole derogatory. he's basically saying you're a dirty little nympho and you can't get enough. pigs are known for their walloping appetites - get it?

All depends on his tone of voice. On the face of it, it's an insult, but some some guys have a very odd choice of endearments. And after all, in French 'mon petit chou' (my little cabbage) is considered highly affectionate....
