Is it ok to not push yourself? Is it alright if you don't want to make the brown pond you are born in a green lake? Is it right to ignore the crimes and don't help stop what happened to you from happening to others? To this, everyone says that it is their life, they can do whatever they want w/ it, well, then what would you say if your son and daughter who are both over 18 want to have sex with each other and say that it is their life?! My point is, it is sure your life but there are morals you have to obey. Duty is a part of it, if everyone tries to improve this society, it will have no flaws, but, people would rather watch tv all day. Always remember, what comes around, goes around, so by helping others, you are helping yourself. However, after telling people this, they still smoke, they still drink, why? It serves no purpose but makes you weak.
Also, first, you have to impove yourself, than improve others, but I think when you grad from colllege, you will have.

You seem to have alot of stress in your life worrying about the world, save that energy and put it to good use and go and do what you think is right because I have a feeling that your going to be a select few and might need some rest before you start out on that lonely journey

Probably a question that would upset a group of people. Something like "did christ exist? or are blacks human?" or something like that. Don't call me racist or sacreligious though because I'm Christian and I have a black hero (Martin Luther King.) I know some people get upset over this.

For sure it is.Never thought about it. Have no idea how to answer to that or to solve it.Perhaps get some counselling for them, talk to clergyman,you have to get them to understand that it's wrong. All the best to you !
