Is this like.. A clue I should go on a diet? I am fifty pounds overweight and I am five feet tall so it shows but why is he pointing it out when he tells me he loves me too?

It looks like to me that what he says is bothering you. If you decide that you want to lose weight, do it for yourself- not for him. You can ask him why does he call you chubby and once you find out why, tell him that it bothers you. Your boyfriend should love you regardless- whethere you're chubby or not. See what he has to say and go from there. Hopefully, he'll stop calling you that if it makes you feel uncomfortable. I hope my advice helps you. Good luck.

Because he wants you to go on a diet. 50 pounds overweight is a LOT. He can love you dearly and still want you to improve your appearance and health. However, you cannot lose it for him, you must do it for yourself.
