That's what is usually said.
The other things someone else wrote down will get you slapped. So be careful what you use. The one that said use
Beso Mi.... That translates as Kiss My.... well..you can guess the rest. Just don't use that one.
Look online for a english to spanish dictionary. That will help you also. Can't hurt to take a Spanish class either. Spanish is one of the more spoken languages here in the USA next to English.

There are two ways to say that in Spanish:
1) Te amo - this is normally used in poetry and prose or very romantic situations.
2) Te quiero - this is usually the more commonly used one in everyday life.
If you want to say "I love you" to your bf/gf, I would suggest using the second choice. It's the more everyday phrase than "Te amo", which might be a bit overbearing or exaggerated.

You can choose between "Te amo" and "Te quiero". Both has the same meaning: "I love you".
