Number 2 hands down - Nothing like a grilled steak on a hot summer southern night!! Thanks, you just helped me decide what's cooking in Georgia tonight!

Have the grilled strip steak, summer only here for so long, and beef tips are better in the winter when you can't grill, I'm sure you've had enough hamburgers and hot dogs, by now...Bonn Appetite...

Want something different?

Try A TEXACALI (or any name you wish to call it)
Ingredients:
1 lb. of Cajun Roast Beef
1 pk of Hogi buns
2 small cans of mushrooms
1 small onion
1 small container of sour cream
Jalapeno peppers (optional)
1 pk of Provolone cheese ( mozzarella may be substituted)
Preparation:
slice buns in half, lightly butter and lightly season with garlic powder.
lightly toast in oven.
Take bottom halve and add cheese and melt in oven.(when cheese begins to melt = done)

Saute' chopped onions and mushrooms in butter then add shredded roast beef to pan.
Simmer for about 10 to 15 minutes.

Now add mixture to bottom have of buns.
Add Sour Cream and peppers.

Bon Apatite

PS. The Same could be added to a Baked Potato instead of on a Bun.

No. 2 sounds good. I would have said No.1 had you not put noodles and mashed potatoes in there. for me, one or the other is enough. Enjoy yourself.
