I'm fairly slim, and I look fine everywhere except my arms. They're STICKS. I definitely don't want to lose weight, I just want to know if there's any way to tone up your arms and make them look somewhat bigger... without looking manly. Thanks. =)

using 10-15 pound dumbells (dont go over 15)
do exercises that target you biceps, triceps, and deltoids, that basically cover your whole arm

for biceps do isolation curls
for triceps do french press(look it up)
and for deltoids do front raises

each exercise 5 sets 20 reps, start off with 5 pounds, move up to 15

Do 3 workouts. One for each head of the triceps. Do 3 gadgets of 10 for each exercising. there is no longer something you may do to make your torso longer. there is no such difficulty as toning. in case you artwork a muscle, you're making it better and superior. The abdominals aren't any exception. arising your abdominals will make your addomen look tight till you get vast abs like some woman bodybuiders, despite the indisputable fact that it really is not that easy to do. the perfect approach is to do workouts on your top and reduce abs and obliques. Do 3 gadgets of 10 to fifteen. once you've extra fat, start up doing aerobic and monitoring your energy. Lose 5 lbs of fat and note what that does.
