ANA unfortunately there are closed minded people on here yes and no just said no one is against legal immigrants and yet there are a number of people on here that say different judge for yourself.

I think the legal immigration proposed by the Senate Bill is bad because it would flood our schools, drain our services, and import poverty.
I don't think legal immigration rates are bad that are protective of our services and are slanted towards skilled workers, as are the immigration laws of every country in the world.

I have not heard of anyone saying LEGAL immigration is bad, I listen to a lot of talk radio and it is discussed frequently. People don't like illegals.
Legal come on in it's a GREAT country

It's been this way since the beginning of the U.S. as a nation. Look into the history of how the Irish, Italians, Germans, Polish, etc. have all been treated. There was a group called the "Know-nothings" that were similar to the Minutemen racist group today, but were much more open about it.
It all boils down to xenophobia, racism, or just plain bigotry. They are ignorant and don't see other human beings as their equals, so they are against them living near them.

The numbers are too high. The asylum system is abused. H-1B visa's are being abused by employers and creating wage deflation in some sectors which reduces American wages. There are a bunch of problems.

Ana, I don't believe that anyone thinks that LEGAL immigration is bad. People are objecting to ILLEGAL immigration.

I think the illegal employers or bad. I don`t blame humans for traveling far and wide to better their self or their family but if we don`t hire the illegals then it will make it easier for the immigrants that play by the rules to make it.

Taxes, the violence, more drugs, more gangs, they are taking over all of the black neighborhoods. and they bring down the value of homes. I love Mexican Americans, but I can't stand those who can't and don't try to learn the language.
