my left eye has more bags then the other but its not like red and swollen, its just a little bit puffy then the other. it bothers the crap out of me and i cant stand it, could it be a infection? also i wash my eye everyday and i put in eye drops constantly.

Cool cucumber slices always does the job.Just wash a thin slice of cucumber in cold water and put it on your eye.

to take care of any bags under the eyes, make a cup of tea and then let the tea bag cool down and hold it on your eye. this should take away the puffyness.

Rub an ice cube across it for a couple of minutes. DON"T hold it in one place, but slide it across, back and forth.
