there is a certain someone in my life who seems to dislike me for no reason at all. i havent done anything to this person. this particular person is 31 years old and pouts and wines over stuff so much, you would think their age was 12. this person is also scared of me (i know this because this person never says anything up front to me about their problems with me) so i ask you people, how do you get along with someone like this? I dont want to fight them because this person is a cousin of mine.

you dont get along with them...just tune them out...and ignore them.

Unfortunately you are in a situation that most everyone has to go through at various times in life. It is apparent that you wish for the best outcome, but the reality is that you can't control anyone and can't make someone like you. The best way for you to slowly get them to change their ways towards you is to just be polite. In life we don't have to like anyone and don't even have to respect anyone, but we most certainly have to be polite. If you are polite they will think that you are a better person then they thought. Whatever the reason is that they don't like you, will be dissolved by you being polite. Good Luck

jus ask him what the hell is wrong w/ him, and why he's treating you like ..___ what he's treating you like, then try to work things out between the two of you make pros and cons about eachother and try to work on the cons, this may help you get along a little better.
or
you could just ignore him and treat him the same way...
and...if he asks you what your problem is, then you could say "well, now you knwo how i feel"

grr i hate people like that! =)
just try to be nice and give them compliments or invite them to parties
sometimes they warm up and you can be friends
otherwise i'd say just dont be near that person
