Yes! I like Creole food from Louisiana and from Haiti! Spicy, rice, tomatos, onions, green peppers, garlic, shellfish, butter. What's not to like????

I'm from Houston, and I love Creole and Cajun. One of my favorite cookbooks is Le Bouche Creole, and one of my favorite recipes is creole lasagna... YUM!

Mmmm, nothing hits the spot like some true Bayou cooking. The rice, okra & tomatos are such a staple for a number of delicious meals.....Don't forget the crawfish either, its poor man's lobster down south!!

Yeah it is really good, I love how they mix sweet and spicy in a really savory combination! I dunno about you guys but I am about to go get myself some creole food!
