Sakka asked the Buddha: "Do different religious teachers head for the same goal or practice the same disciplines or aspire to the same thing?"

"No, Sakka, they do not. And why? This world is made up of myriad different states of being, and people adhere to one or another of these states and become tenaciously possessive of them, saying, 'This alone is true, everything else is false.' It is like a territory that they believe is theirs. So all religious teachers do not teach the same goal or the same discipline, nor do they aspire to the same thing.

"But if you find truth in any religion or philosophy, then accept that truth without prejudice."

It should be an answer, but I'm afraid there will always be many who think their way is the ONLY way. Very sad....and intolerant.

It's a good answer. However with humanity we have extremists who take the words of specific religions and twist them to satisfy their own needs and desires. With that extremism, we encounter hatred, anger and disgust which infests society and endangers us all. That's the unfortunate part of humanity.

1 thing buddha might tell you today is there is heaven and hell and many gods in heaven and beings in hell.

it is through my numerous experience that i reached this analysis for many many years.

Allah, Jesus, Mother Mary, Buddha etc exist.

if you ask me why, i could only say you have to analyse it through deep meditation.

I think what you posted is a lot of feel-good nonsense. No offense intended.
