he never actually arranges a specific date to meet? Im guessing he is stringing me along but why? Why not just ignore my messages or tell me he isnt into me in that way?

I think he's probably got someone else on the go as well, who he prefers. If that falls through he'll come back to you for another date.

Even if that isn't the case, the two of you have some real communication problems, which is not a good sign at this stage of the relationship.

Sorry but it's time to find someone else.

First of all don't expect the guy to be honest...are you?? Every give a guy a phoney number? Tell a guy your "fine" when you are pissed? Say you had a "good time" after an awfull date? In 2006 we are a people that are weak and simple. Too weak to stand up and tell people how you truly feel....too simple to be able to do it in a polite and dignified way(hence the exuse "I don't want to be rude").

Secondly...relax...maybe he DOES want to see you again. You should not worry either way. Best thing you can do is take things one day at a time....no expectations. Be glad to go out with him again, but don't expect that. Let him surprise you. Make it so you cannot be disapointed. Hard to be disaointed when you are not expecting anything. My life is so much easier now that I don't make a big deal of any new woman I meet. I just chill and see where things go. Enjoy the moment.

Some of the clowns that have answered you previousley make me laugh!!

It might be that he is really interested in you and a little shy maybe, doesn't want to appear to eager perhaps. He wouldn't keep in touch with you if he wasn't interested.

Not every guy is interested in getting into a girls knickers as soon as he can, some of us like to develop a relationship before moving on to the physical aspects of things.

Turn it around, why don't you ask him out?? Tell him their is this film you want to see and would he like to take you next weekend. If he says yes then great, your back on track.

If he says no then I think you should ignore him and get on with your life, he will come to you then if he is interested.

Good luck sweetie.

Some guys are pressured by their friends to get girlfriends. Maybe that is the case here.

_B_U_T_ it depends on who ended the relationship the other times. If you did, maybe he does genuinely have a thing for you. If it was him, see above OR you might well be right about him stringing you along.

Have you read that book (written by the co-authors of Sex and the City): He is just not into you? (see below a link for the excerpt)

A man who is interest will climb the Everest to get you, dear...
Someone will do that for you, one day.

In the meantime, don't spend too much energy on this one!

Good luck!

He obviously likes you but is definitely inexperienced at relationships.
Do you like him? He also might be a virgin and is afraid to get intimate.
Not all guys are pigs and heartbreakers .If you like him ease him into being comfortable with you ,then guide him on how to please a woman.
You don`t say how old the two of you are but if you`re not old enough to support yourself don`t have unprotected sex .
One thing you don`t need is a disease or a baby to take care of .

It could be any number of things. The best way of arousing his interest is by just moving on and living your own life. Go out and have fun - don't pay him any mind. Unfortunately it is only when we don't have what we want do we actually realize its value.
