Not unless you are in danger and are trying to escape someone-- otherwise it is a filthy thing to do. Diseases can be spread by bodily fluid contact-- and it's just a very childish thing to do in a normal situation-- only little kids with no manners and no self control spit on others-- it's the same as biting someone--immature and childish.
