sure....even better make the pancakes and freeze them for another day. A minute in the microwave and they taste great!. I suggest freezing them in freezer bags.

Yes, covered. It also can be frozen. Sometimes I make the pancakes and freze them. They can be thawed in the toaster.

Yep, I usually have to do that. I think you can for up to 10 days, the usual refridgeration limit for food.

best thing to do(as my grandma does) iis put them on a plate and put a pot lid or something over the plate and put them on the counter.
