this is my personal homemade recipe...

in a blender combine...

a cup of milk
3/4 cup of chopped strawberries
1/4 cup blueberries (if you add more, it might overpower the strawberries)
one tablespoon of sugar (depending on the sweetness of the fruit you might want to add more or less)
4 ice cubes

blend together and enjoy!!

simple but delicious!

If you have vanilla ice cream, or even light cream or milk + ice, that will work instead of the vanilla yogurt. Just blend the fruits, Ice Cream and/or ice+milk (if you don't have vanilla ice cream, you'll need to add sugar), and keep blending until you've reached the desired consistancy!!

Healthy alcohol-free smoothies can be made with fresh or frozen fruit, rice milk, and a sprinkle of stevia.
