I am right there with you on that one. I am on medication so I shouldn't feel this way but I do. You feel like if you fail that will make you feel better because something inside you tells that it's ok. I wish you the best of luck because I am right there with you. I can only tell you if you want it to stop get on meds or go talk to a professional.

Its all down to brain chemicals basically.
depending upon what is wrong you will find that one or more of the following will "cure" you.
1. Fish oil capsules, from Boots, Holland and Barrets etc.
2. Magnesium supplements, ditto
3. Exercise, [supplies oxygen to brain]
4. Steadier supply of glucose, avoid sugar!
5. Vitamin C [my personalised dose worked out at 210mg per day]
Hope this helps.

Each day is a gift. If you wake up and tell yourself that today will SUCK, then it will. When you wake up tomorrow, tell yourself it will be a GREAT day. Then, as Captain Jean Luc Picard would say, "Make it so."

Strive to improve SOMETHING about you each day, however small.

Also, avoid drugs and alcohol. They are self-esteem killers.

Love, Jack.

medication isn't always the answer, try talking to someone like a councillor(if thats how you spell it), try and establish anything in your life that makes you feel down and depressed and eliminate it. There are so many factors that can make you feel this way: your home environment, your job or lack of work, lack of money, low self esteem, and so on.

Try and make some positive changes for yourself but if you can't improve things go and see your doctor, you may need anti-depressants or poss just someone to talk to.
