Abortion is murder. Plain and simple. Oh, yeah it's legal. But it kills a human being. And our country will pay for that crime one day--I think we already are in some ways.

I am not pro-abortion, I am pro-CHOICE. I think every woman should have a choice as to whether she carries the fetus to term. It's a religious debate when life starts in the womb. I personally feel that until the fetus is viable outside the womb, it is not a person. A woman should have a right to choose if she wants her body to be affected for 9 months and then give up the child she carried. If it's not financially or socially possible to have a child, and she doesn't want to wonder every day where her child is and how it's doing, she should have the right to abort the fetus. That's not a debate on whether the cluster of cells in her uterus are alive, that's a debate about whether women have the right to choose to get their hair cut or nails done, since they're also just having cells removed from their bodies.
The answer to your question is neither.

Neither.
An acorn is not an oak tree.

You are looking at this from the perspective of the civilized West. In africa, when a woman has too many mouths and gets pregnant, she will take an abortifacient. Is that murder? I say no. It allows the other babies to survive.

Now most women in the west don't have this excuse. they can use birth control, they can usually find some way to feed all the children.

BUT, can we really decide what is murder based ont he resources of the murderer? No.

So to me, if abortion is okay for that woman in africa it's okay for any woman.

Only the brave will answer this question.

First of all, I believe a woman should investigate adoption.
There are a lot of stable loving people out there who cannot have children and would welcome the chance to adopt.

If that is out of the question, then I believe Abortion should only be done in the first trimester. After that , to me, it is murder.

It is sad, but this world is so overcrowded, and going to hell in a handbasket, that if I was an unborn child of a parent who did not care to put me up for adoption, nor wanted me, I think I would choose to be aborted....I think I would at least.

This is a debate that will never end. frankly, Until you are actually in the shoes of someone pregnant with a child they are either not ready for or don't want, you don't have a right to talk. Accidents happen. But I suppose that a life of abuse, neglect and all the other bad things that happen when a parent doesn't want a child are really a lot better.

Tell ya what, try being a 12 year old who has been raped by a family member THEN let's see if you would waste what little childhood may be remaining by having the child, let alone going through the added trauma of childbirth forced upon you.
But we can all see from your biased question you think people should not have rights to decide their own fates...

First, abortion is NOT murder. It is the removal of unwanted tissue.
Second, get some spelling and grammar lessons. I know 5 year olds with a better grasp of the English language.

I believe it's both murder and selflsness Because your murdering your child to benefit yourslef and your needs

In Psalm 139:13-16: it says,

For you created my inmost being; you knit me together in my mother's womb. I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; your works are wonderful, I know that full well. My frame was not hidden from you when I was made in the secret place. When I was woven together in the depths of the earth, your eyes saw my unformed body. All the days ordained for me were written in your book before one of them came to be.

The answer is, Abortion (legalized or not) IS murder, and, yes, it can be a result of the woman or girl's selfishness.
