I'm not a Christian but I'm curious on this issue. I've been reading on this Lamb of God on wikipedia.

Whosoever is born of God CANNOT sin, because he is born of God (1 Jn.3:9, 1 Jn.5:18 below).

We who live by FAITH in Christ Jesus (Gal.3:26 below), are the offspring of God (Acts.17:29 below).

1 Jn.3:9Whosoever is born of God (Acts.17:29 below) doth not commit sin; for his (God’s) seed remaineth in him: and he cannot sin, because he is born of God.

1 Jn.5:18We know that whosoever is born of God sinneth not; but he that is begotten of God keepeth himself, and that wicked one toucheth him not.

Gal.3:26 For ye are all the children of God (Acts.17:29 above) by faith in Christ Jesus.

Acts.17:29 Forasmuch then as we are the offspring of God (Gal.3:26 below), we ought not to think that the Godhead is like unto gold, or silver, or stone, graven by art and man's device.

First of all we r not all sinners, and according to Christain beliefs, you could be the worst person on earth, and Jesus is going to ask for your forgiveness on the day of Judgement and say that you were his follower even though you didn't do anything" what sense does that make? And no christains aren't free from sin just like the rest of humanity, and don't tell me that even if he killed someone he's free of sin since he's christain.

Nope. We are all sinners. Scriptures teach us that there are "none that are not righteous" ... but I don't need to go to scriptures to know that I'm not free of sin. Just pick about any five or ten minute span of time and take a good, hard, close examination of my thoughts and I'm ashamed at what you'll find in there.

No, we fight the temptation to sin all the time and sometimes we lose the fight.

But our sines are forgiven when we are sorry, admit our fault and ask for forgiveness.

And finally and most important we are free from the spiritual death (hell) that sin can bring.

With love in Christ.

NO If your are a christian your are not free of sin. Your sins are removed from you.

If you have a ring on your finger the ring can be removed, it is still your ring, untill the day the ring is distroyed.

Heck no. And the biggest Bible-preaching Christians I know are the biggest sinners I've ever met.

no. look around you body. i know a lot of people who say they're good Christians, then they turn around and smoke some pot and get laid. and i've met women who were sexually abused by their fathers...and their fathers were ministers.

but nobody is perfect. so nobody can be "Free of sin." i, myself do not believe in the same sins (because i'm not Christian...duh!), but my mother is. so no, they're not free from sin.

WE can be free from sin but most are not as they do not choose to be. But when we fall, we have an advocate with the Father, that is Jesus.

no one is free from temptation... it is up to us if we sin or not.
