You are comparing God with the ways of humankind. Thats the biggest mistake people make. God is not republican, not democrat nor of any other human made party. God is not black or white, short or tall.
God is not liberal, nor conservative. Is God human that he has our frailties? NO! Even his Son had human frailties but he unlike many rose above such things.
Everyone wants God to back them up in their own sinful self-pride in everything from adultery to pedophilia, to sports, to politics, to homosexuality, to pornography and so on and so on.
God does not approve of associating him as a supporter of these devices sinful human makes.
Let me clue you in; God is not with the Hindus, not with the Muslims, Christians, Slanderers or liars or socially corrupt, etc, etc., - God is for those who please him without dragging him down to our level in our minds. He is and always has been above us in every way.
