I love this guy from long ago, and i want to tell him how much i love him, but because of my shyness i couldn't manage it!! so i made a decision with myself that i will tell him from my eyes.... Can it work:? if so how?

They say the eyes are the window to your soul.
Yes it can work if he is receptacle...just look into his eyes without words or expressions. Look at him straight faced his eyes in your eyes.
Careful though men feel real uneasy in new territory and he may not allow you to look into his soul for even a second. If he pulls away or seems real uneasy just take his hand in yours and give him a gentle kiss underneath on his palm and hold it for a second on your cheek.
This will let him know to trust you and your feelings run deep
It is nice to see someone shy and not so openly opinionated and aggressive.

Love can be expressed without words most of the time. It is often through actions that love can be felt.
For example, consider these 2 scenarios:
1. A guy who does not love you but keeps saying that he does love you often. You won't believe him, right? That's because his non-verbal signs are showing and they are often more truthful than verbal ones.
2. A guy who loves you but doesn't say it. Instead, he expresses this love through his actions. But you will know it, because you will feel it on the receiving end.
And eyes, being a window to a person's soul, does work wonders in comunicating one's thoughts to another person.
So, yes. I feel that it will work. However, the other party must be a relatively perceptive person, for I have known a few friends who do not observe another's body language well.

C'mon Ash. You look 14, so why not preserve this love and admiration by NOT putting him on the spot. You tell him and he's gone. Better you just remain friends and be available to maintain that friendship until you are both old enough to handle it..

Chances are he already knows. The problem may be that he too is shy. It's kind of sophomoric but ask a friend to drop a hint, something subtle, and find out his reaction. He made need a little help--so meet him halfway.
