I don’t have any information on your birth family, but I would caution you about your quest to find them. Most adoptee children I know start looking for them in order to find a sense of closure or a connection to their past. Most successful searches end in neither.
Giving a child away is painful, and not always voluntary. Having that child return is an awkward experience at best and there is no limit to how bad the worst can get.
Your past, I believe begins in your adoptive family. While you are genetically composed of another couple's material, you are, in all meaningful ways, that which your adoptive parents raised. Your past, present, and future should lie with them.

Go back to the town where you were adopted. That's the first
thing you must do. Your adopted parents should know a little about it. What attorneys they used and the board of Health should be able to help you. They have all the records in their files.Good Luck and thanks for asking the question. Aloha from Hawaii

I know this from experience.....if you know the hospital where you were born, which should be on your adoption birth certificate, you can go to there records department and give them the imformation you have .if your birth mother left an open clause stating that should you come looking they are to give you any imformation they have as long as you are at a consenting age.all original imformation will be at the hospital on micofilm.where the court is concerned it all depends if the adoption was open or closed (sealed) document.your adoptive parents should know that part.if you would like to know my story you can email me at novaangel@earthlink.net.my daughter and i met when she was 24.she found me.she has three kids, her three year old has a rare form of cancer.he has a web sight.ours is an unusual story .if you write me i will be glad to share it with you.it may not be as hard as you think to find them.best of luck..THE NOVA...

I don't have the information you are looking for, mainly because it will be different in your country. I am in Australia.
I just wanted to wish you well, and hope you have the strength to persist and find them. Also I hope you have the strength and courage to accept whatever comes of your efforts.
Good luck.
