*much laughter*
all animals have a place on the other side of the veil, and I don't think it's very likely they'll run into each other, but if it happens, there will be *much laughter*

Why the your pet elephant trampled this Christian to death?
If the Christian was about to murder / rape than, the elephant may goes Animal Heaven because it save the victims.
But the Christian? They always go heaven whether they are rapist or murderer.
Only those who disbelieve in gospel go hell... Guess we going to kick the butts of Satan out of hell and send back to where he belongs to.

Did you intend for the elephant to trample a Christian or was it an accident - depends on your intent as well as your actions. If you were using the elephant intentionally as a weapon you are a first-degree murder under the law of man and only the law of God (in the Ten Commandments) it is very clear that "thou shalt not kill." However, I know you are trying to be funny with your question and I would suggest you continue to work on your humor - Christian bashing is about one step above "your momma" jokes - however the "your momma" jokes are actually funnier.
The soul of the elephant depends on its intent as well. The laws the lord spoke applied to all his creatures and that is why there are laws on the killing of animals for such things as food as how one should eat them.
With Respects,
Michael J.

No, the elephant must be killed.
Genesis 9:5 And for your lifeblood I will require a reckoning: from every beast I will require it and from man. From his fellow man I will require a reckoning for the life of man.
As for you, if you knew that your elephant was prone to trampling people you would get put to death too!
Exodus 21:28- "When an ox gores a man or a woman to death, the ox shall be stoned, and its flesh shall not be eaten, but the owner of the ox shall not be liable. 29 But if the ox has been accustomed to gore in the past, and its owner has been warned but has not kept it in, and it kills a man or a woman, the ox shall be stoned, and its owner also shall be put to death.

How was he going to heaven, by car or public transport? Assuming he didn't trample the driver to death and he/she fits through the gate I can't see why not. I am assuming the gates are a standard size by the way.

From what they're saying, the answer is yes if the elephant has accepted the Lord Jesus Christ as his personal savior.

As a Christian it does to me too yet it is not how the Bible describes heaven. it is how people who're blind to God's observe describe it. while you're rather interested in what heaven would be like, then i desire to recommend which you get a replica of the e book titled "Heaven" by ability of Randy Alcorn. it is the main authentic e book ever written on the subject in accordance to scripture. you would be surprised at how little you knew approximately heaven.
