If she doesnt want foreplay either you are REALLY good at the the whole penetration thing, or she isnt into you and just wants to get it over with.

Everyone is different. You need to both compromise. Try foreplay one night, then a quickie the next. She may find foreplay increases the intensity of her orgasm and will definately make her wetter.
