It all depends upon what kind of Pastor they have because in many cases the "flock" follow the leading of their earthly shepherd. If the Pastor preaches personal holiness and repentance from sin then most likely the women in the congregation will dress modestly.

If the Pastor preaches "gospel lite" - tastes great, less filling - which is just a form of "feel good" Christianity then many in the congregation will turn grace into disgrace and you can see women wearing hot pants and tank tops at a church service.

As a general rule, women should dress in nice clothes that don't draw a lot of attention to themselves because people are supposed to come to church to see Jesus and a woman doesn't want to tempt males in the congregation to think impure thoughts during the service.

The Lord is not concerned with outward appearance. "God does not see as man sees, for man looks at the outward appearance, but the Lord lookat at the heart" (1st Samuel 16:7).
I'm sure that you do not want to feel out of place wherever you attend church though. In some churches most of the people dress up. In some churches the attire is more casual. And in some churches there is a mixture of dress and casual attire. If you are going to be visiting a friend's church, ask him/her what the dress attire is like at their church, and ask your friend how they usually dress. If you will be attending church by yourself, and you are concerned with how to dress, call the church office on a weekday, and ask the secretary.
God loves you. He loves you so much that sent His Son to the cross for you. If you have never done so, commit your heart to Christ today. When you do, God will clothe your soul with the robe of righteousness purchased with Jesus' blood. (see 2nd Corinthians 5:21).

It all depends on what the church believes.
If submersion baptism which is what the bible teaches the root word of baptism in Greek is baptizo which means fully wet to submerge. then you should ask somebody at church. At my church the women wear shorts or pants and a shirt that won't go see through when wet. nothing fancy but not short shorts and a tank top either.

If it's not submersion you'll have to ask people that have had it done I don't know.
