My kittys litter tray is in the laundry facing the toilet door, the thing is whenever I go to the loo so does kitty!! and not only does she use her box she produces whatever I do! (number one or number two) I dont really care other than being amused by it, im just curious if anyone else has experienced this?

pets can sometimes sense and mimic their owners behavior. it's really cool. you should feel honored by such behavior.

My mates cat actually learnt 2 use the toilet in the end.
It would never flush as it could reach the handle.
I didn't believe her until I saw it with my own eyes.
& the Kitty-litter tray was thrown away, no longer needed!

Not this, but my cat comes into the bathroom every time someone goes in. She likes to kneed the bathroom carpet and be pet at the same time. I think it is a bonding thing for her.
I've got used to this, but sometimes she gets in there with company and they aren't. I just tell them that kitty has some "bathroom" issues and it's nothing to worry about.

I have never had it happen quite like that, but we have 2 cats that follow us to the bathroom every time we go. They just sit there and watch. It drives my husband crazy, but my son and I are used to it. Cats are interesting creatures, no doubt!

My cat uses littlerbox somethimes when I go to use the toilet ,sometimes she just comes in there with me.

i can't belive it!!
that is exacly what my cats do every morning with me or my wife, how funny, i wonder why do they do that?
