Phone the train enquiry people. Basically, Marlow - Maidenhead - Paddington - underground to main line station for Nottingham - Nottingham. Very expensive by train. What about coach to Victoria, then coach to Nottingham.

Change in Maidenhead, Paddington, tube to St Pancreas, then up to Nottingham. About 4 hrs and £50.80 for a single on the day
