Hezbollah, because they have been fighting the Israelis from 20+ years of occupation which the Israelis were finally expelled from in 2000. They know the enemy well

I would probably say Israel. They have been fighting with the Arab countries ever since they were a country, shortly after World War II. They fought against the Arab countries in the 6 day war, yom kippur war, went after black september. While Hezbollah has only been around since 1982.
