Last night, I asked people to pray, and ask themselves if they are their brothers keeper. Some apparently took offense to this, so I ask again, what do I gain by driving you from your faith? I would think that trying to send you deeper into it, and give you the tools to see that Christ's message was one of Brotherhood, peace and tolerance would be the right thing to do. Please correct me if I am wrong, I am sure it would be easier for me to post the same ignorant babble that is posted by most ie (Was Jesus a Homo?)

All religions "speak to me" I see value in all teachings. I am agnostic, and will not change that view as I don't really know, and neither does anyone else, however I admire people of faith. It takes alot to have it, and it is something I am not capable of, trust me I've looked.

What you gain from driving anyone from their faith- dirty karma.
These people who post ignorant babble are dirtying their own karma; I suggest you steer clear of said ignorance because it is obviously going to do nothing but make you intolerant. And yes, Jesus' message was of brotherhood and peace and tolerance, but there is none of that left in this world, unless we make it to be. So you must be tolerant of those who would spout ignorance, because otherwise you are acting hypocritically. Some people cannot accept any sort of religion, and they will learn their lessons just as the rest of us will. You must have faith that there are persons like you, and to seek those out, if you are looking for inspiration, and if you are looking to save lost souls, you cannot do this on such an open forum as Answers. You must start in your own environment. Give the people you see face to face those tools. Some out there do not feel as if they need them, and like I said before, they have their lessons coming to them. You needn't worry for the souls left hanging in the balance- they will be back to repeat their misdeeds that they didn't learn from in this incarnation. I think it is a wonderful thing that there are those out there such as yourself, who seek to help those who are disillusioned, but you must realize that not everyone is of the same intelligence or creed as yourself. I came to Answers to try to help people, and almost every question I ever posted got responses that were either ignorant or intolerant. So I usually just answer, instead of ask. That's probably where you'll do the most helping. Use your tools to help those who are already seeking help. You cannot help someone who doesn't believe they need the help.
I certainly hope I helped-
Blessed Be.

I think a lot of people are afraid to tackle issues that make them think and they can't just take out a book and find an answer for. If you ask "Was Jesus a Homo" you would get 75 answers from scripture trying to support he wasn't but no answer that would come from the brain and the heart.

Hi, Jane, all you need to expand is trust. You need to inculcate a dependancy of processing confident considering perspective. I am definite, earlier than going for the scan, you could have idea a minimum of one hundred instances that you're going to fail for your scan. Your brain is a strong supply and what it thinks, it implements. So all you need to do is to make your brain consider simplest well matters that you just desire and it's going to paintings like magic. Next time you opt for the scan repeat at lest one hundred instances that you're a superb driving force and you are going to absolutely go the scan. Try this trick and it really works. Please expand trust and braveness. You will win in your whole assessments in existence

I am Buddhist and I would guess that I would offend you by asking you to kowtow with me even to my ancestral altar. Religion is a very deep and personal thing, it is not for public display. You wear your religion in your heart not on your chest. If you meet me, you would not know my religion....I am white, American, and do nothing to annouce my belief...it is as it should be.

if you are a Christian, then why would you want to drive another Christian away...this is heresy...if however, you are trying to drive others away from false teachings and toward Christian, then you are walking the Christian life and should ask for nothing...
