Yes! And I remember the incident very well. It was sort of a test.
I was in a grocery store that has the electronic scanners where you can check yourself out. The store was not busy and I went to a scanner and was the only one checking out. There was about four or five of these self check-out machines.
About the time I was finished with just a few items, I heard one of the other machines, the one closest to the one I was using, start spitting out money. No one else was around. No one else had just left like they ran off before they completed their transaction.
I walked over to the machine, pulled the money out of the dispenser and spread it out in my hand. There was about $200.00 there. What do I do? Oh yah! I thought about it alright. I looked around, no one even looking. The attendant was not at her station either.
My heart began to race as though I had just been caught with my hand in the perverbial cookie jar. And just as though I was sitting in church, I felt an angel on one shoulder and the devil on the other, both looking down at that 'free' cash.
As I turned to my right and took two of the six steps necessary to reach the attendants desk where they monitor those things from, the lady approached from the opposite direction. I handed her the money as I walked out of the store without hardly breaking stride. I slowed my gait only enough to put the cash in her hand and to say she might want to have the machine checked out.
I had the most serendipitous feeling all the way to my car, and for the next several days about that event. Obviously I still remember it quite clearly. Glad I made the right choice too!
I know some that read this are going to say 'fool'. But to quote a couple of ol sayings we have all heard before, "Life is too short, , ," and "This life is not a rehearsal, you only get one".
Thanks for asking the question. It's a good one! It pleases me to have the opportunity to share my experience with you.
What's up with aatayyab? Insulting? I agree with coreyusaf. I think this is one of the best questions asked in a long time. Must be an atheist or something.

Yes, he came to my door last week. We had a lovely convo too...I asked about the whole world peace thing and when it would happen....he just told me him, Jesus and St. Peter are still processing the burecatic paperwork and they can't come to an official time as to when it will happen. There were some mormons that came to my door shortly after the supreme being's visit asking me if I was "in search of god". I kindly replied, "nope, he visited me a few moments ago and if they peddle thier bikes fast enough they may catch him down the road."

Actually, you got me to think.
Yes this is strange, I was in the bathtub and look around and saw all the shampoo bottles and other soaps to keep my clean. I saw the toilet and actually marvelled that most of humanity never had one. I saw all the comforts I had in my bathroom. I realized that other people contributed to my existence and by me purchasing these items, it created an illusion of power. The creative act of our own abilities and it's implications on the rest of humanity was understood to me that day. It seems I bring my idea of heaven and comfort into my own home and if I decide to contribute, well it has rewards---money, happiness, motivation, determination, and peace.
Good question dude

God speaks in the still, small, voice within each of us. What we hear and understand is according to our own experiences and knowledge. So perhaps it is in the receiver how the message is received.

God speaks to me when I will listen to him. This can be directly in my thoughts when I am alone in his presence, through other people, through events or circumstances. If a person talks to God on a regular basis, they will recognize His voice. His guidance and love are food for my soul.

He usually uses a Donald Duck voice when he speaks to me. It's weird ya know, God and me on the golf course, chasing the beer cart, and God ordering in that silly Donald Duck voice. I asked him to do something else once and he chose Daffy....

God is not a humanbeing---he can never do the things listed in your question-- God is a power that guides you silently--you must develop the sensivity to follow and reach the ultimate reality

almost daily! it comes from within and you know it.
In Urdu there is one couplet that says
"Tum mere paas hote ho goya,
jab koi dusara nahi hota"
that means "I m with god whenever I am not with any one else" but one has to reach to that stage by lot of meditation.
In Sanskrit there is a couplet that says,
" Uttam sahaja awastha, dwitiya dhyaan dharanam,
tritiya pratima pujan, hom yatra chaturthika"
that means, " best is in natural and normal condition you are one with God, second best is when you meditate, third is idol worship and fourth is when you are on pilgrimage."
