After recieveing an article 15 in the army; how long do I have to wait until I get my rank back.

basically you are going to have to wait till your window comes back up and then you are going to have to prove to your NCOs that you are ready to hold that rank again.

Good luck Article 15s are pretty hard to get past.

depends on what rank you were. If E-3 or below then the standard time, 996. if you made corp or what ever the Army calls it, then you would have to be selected again and go threw the whole process like you did the first time.

But is not an article 15 just saying that the your CO or who ever can hold NJP? That is not an chargable offence just an permission. Sorry I could be wrong, i only got a 88 on UCMJ

depends on the level of artical 15 and you the rank you were reduced too and if you have flag or bar. your orderly room nco should be able to show you the reg.
