No, sometime they are just lousy typists. Other times, they are in such a hurry to get their message out that they rush and don't bother to proofread what they wrote. Sometimes, after submitting an answer, I'll check back to see the response and can't believe that I made a glaring error in spelling or grammar.

Sure, but sometimes people tend to just answer questions and neglect the good english. Anyway, its the answer that is more important, not the grammer, right??

No, you should avoid asking questions that can be answered by a simple yes or no!
Preferably ask an open question to avoid this!

if the definite answer for your question consists of a word that is difficult to pronounce or commonly mispronounce(eg.debt, pronunciation), yes.

well, that depends. is it a question on paper or in person? is the person you're asking SPEAKING the answer? i definitely write better than i speak.

Not really because some people can ask those questions well.............but others make grammer mistakes that are obvious........ and you can know right away............
