Roohani = Spiritualism
Rehenuma = Guide

Urdu
Guide = Rehnuma (basically this is the translation of guide as a noun as a person)
Spirtualism = Roohaniyat
Teacher = Ustaad
Arabic
Guide = Murshad
Spirtualism = Roohaniyat
Teacher = Muallim
Please note that Urdu is a language drived from other languages so you will find it sharing words with Arabic, persian, sanskrit etc which is why almost similar translations.

Why would it be important to be identified in another culture as Spiritualism, teacher, guide? Some religious and cultural beliefs would just not include them.

I am Urdu speaking basically so i cannot tell you about arabic... but as a muslim i have some knowledge of Arabic as well.. so heres my try:
URDU:
Guide----------------> Rehnuma
Spiritualism--------> Rohani (not sure)
Teacher------------> Aalim
Arabic:
Teacher: Muallim
