As for illegal aliens, if they are all Mexicans, there is apparently a fundamental question. Are they really aliens or only moving in and out of their ancient land?
Further, would it be better for America to negotiate with Mexico and make it a province of USA, so that the so-called illegal aliens entering America from Mexico will not be a problem anymore?

First of all, there is nothing wrong about people from Mexico who "illegally" emigrate to Texas, California or other Mexican soil occupied by the US. It is like a person emigrating from one part of his country to another. The answer to the question if they can transfer all the money to Mexico is, as far as I know: No.
