The story is that I have reasons to ignore this woman for some disagreement.
Yesterday she passed me while I was with a friend. My friend said "hi" and she replied. Then she passed near me. I didn't say "hi" and she fakely coughed and went further. Why she did this?

to fill the opening where a greeting would have been made. by feigning a cough neither one of you had to accnowledge the other.

Well, I guess she wanted you to do something and coughing fakely would catch your attention. Imagine how she passed near you. MAybe she wanted you to greet her, she waited for a moment, and you didn't do so. In that case, she'd rather cough fakely and pass near you to at least hear anything from you. It's possible that she likes you but just afraid to do some first moves...

Haha..as a women...let me say this...maybe sometimes talking to a men..a women feel shy..faking cough some how makes her feel better

Maybe she was trying to get your attention because she wanted to remind you to be polite and so she was being polite by coughing instead of saying anything about it that might have been rude.

Next time you pass her say HI Jane (her name) as cheerful as possible, that'll get her.

you should be ashamed of such a behaviour. if she is bad, you are good, try to say "hi" next time to her even if you don't get response and keep on doing it until she gives in.
