what happens to a guy if they dont get circumcised ?

The foreskin is a pouch of skin that covers the head of the penis, catching pee and smegma. If he isn't circumcised, he can have all sorts of health and hygiene problems.

Nothing. They may have to be a little more conscientious about personal cleanliness. But, I'm sure the less than 1% of the world male population can handle that.

I am a Hindu so I have never been circumcised , but thats ok I have never faced any problem

It was for cleanliness back when people rarely bathed and became cultural norms.

Sometimes nothing....sometimes infections or having a problem passing their urine.
