properly, no one surely 'worships' the Trinity. Believers, for the most area Catholics, renowned and revere the trinity. Christians worship God, in all the incarnations. The Trinity, made up of the daddy, The Son and The Holy Spirit, are diverse aspects of that which all of us comprehend as God. As Jesus is The Son, the Trinity did not exist till his ascension.

They worshipped God alone(whom christians believe is the father). This whole trinity thing was came about three centuries later when christianity became the religion of the rome empire and bezantine...then the bible was been corrupted and mixed with ancient roman religions.
Jesus(pbuh)didn't clearly say to his followers=Worship me!.when he was alive.
And if you want it historically and rationally, most of the followers of Jesus(pbuh)at that time were jews or semetic so they did worship one God.

They worship God the Father alone. Remember, all of them were either Jews or Semitics, and those cultures are monotheistic. The trinity dilemma was introduced around three centuries later.
