Replace fluids. The Ultimate goals for someone who's got a lot of
vomiting are to not get dehydrated and to not lose weight, You lose a lot of fluid in vomiting, so the best thing you can do is drink fluid to replace those lost. These fluids should be clear liquids, water, weak tea juices. Even fluids like milk or heavy soups may be much to handle

Placing a cold cloth on the front of your neck helps sometimes. Get your doctor to give you a rx for Phenergan if the nausea/vomiting persists. It will stop the vomiting. It makes you drowsy too, so you'll sleep well.

You can try over the counter remedies, but also, they have an acupressure bracelet that targets the outsides of your wrists. There's a pressure point in there that can control nausea to an extent.
If it's too bad, though, you need to see a doc.
Why are you sick? Are you pregnant, or do you have a chronic illness of some kind? Email me.

If it is due to over eating then take one spoon of Eno which will give relief in 30 minutes.
Secondly for any other reasons take one cup of milk and add ice cubic plus some sugar and then take sip by sip for relief.Take care God bless you.
