Warrens in Newquay are about the best ive tried but the best i have found are the bakers in St.Merryn ( 30mins.drive from Newquay ),they are the best i have ever tasted in the whole of north Cornwall.

I am not sure if this is the right name for it, but we have one in Leeds and I know the owner has one in Cornwall. I think it is the original Cornish pasty shop, something like that. Anyway they make the best pasties in the world.

Try Mrs Gibsons old pie shop in Torquay town centre, mede to a 200 year old recipie and handed down from generation to generation, she used to make them for smugglers and vagabonds in the 18th century, about 1.50 each as well so good value for money and fill you up for the whole day

From my experiance all shops in Cornwall are about the same ........................BUT don't buy them till after October when the tourist's go home and genuine pasties are on the shelves for the localls.
