Probably not a brain tumour. Believe it or not, brain tumours rarely cause pain.
You might need a different sort of antibiotic, or perhaps it's a different problem. See your doctor again, or see a new one for a 2nd opinion, telling her/him what antibiotic you already took.
Good luck!

hey i dont know much but it must probably be ear wa.When earwax builds up inside there usually will be pain, nausea and dizzines. The pain might only be momentary. You feel as if drugged.I had this problem a few weeks back and i consulted an ENT and he cleared out my ears. Now i can hear well and there is no pain. The best thing is go and consult an ENT.See a different doctor this time who has a real MBBS.And i dnt think you wld have to take any antibiotics.See a doctor and get his advcie.
Ths is what i think and from the proffessionals read below;
The symptoms of a wax plug within the ear can include:
Mild deafness
Earache
A sensation of fullness inside the ear
Tinnitus (ringing in the ear)
Dizziness.
Diagnosis and treatment options
Your doctor diagnoses the condition by looking into the ear canal with an instrument called an otoscope. Treatment options may include:
Drops to soften the ear wax and help it to fall out on its own.
The use of an ear syringe to squirt warm water into the ear canal and float out the wax plug.
Withdrawal of the wax using a suction device.
Removing the wax with forceps or a special hook.
Large quantities of hardened wax may need to be treated by an ear specialist.
And if u need to know more, the site below will help you out!!!

You sound like you have a middle ear infection. Go to the E.R. if its that bad, and get you some pain meds, and another round of antibiotics. Hope you feel better soon.

Sometimes regular doctors do not see the wax build up deep down in the ear you might need to go to a ear, throat, and nose doc-- they will fix you up

get a MRI scan done near your ear (supervised by a suitable doctor) or goto an ENT specialist who can look at your problem. if it is mere fluid build up you could have a fungal infection inside your ear which is accumulating fungi in it..!! take care. and do something ASAP.

I bet it is a toothache! Sometimes your brain can't determine exactly what is wrong so it just hurts where it thinks it is. (Do you follow me?) Go to the dentist, (or call the dentist.) and tell them I had this same problem. I had an abcess in my gum, and if I hadn't have went when I did, then the poison that had built up, would have killed me.

If thy eye offend the, pluck it out!!
OK, enough silliness; go tosee another doctor; GPs usually don't know anything about this - you need to see an ear specialist, or neurologist.
