Canned tuna, cheese, scrambled eggs...but get cat food soon. Human food is too rich for animals.

How old is the kitten? If it's more than 3 weeks old, you can feed it minced human grade meat, chicken or lamb is best but beef will do, if it's a bigger kitten, you can use larger chunks of meat. To this, add one egg yolk, some cottage cheese or yogurt or grated tasty cheese. This isn't a complete diet, much more is needed to make it complete as in the wild, cats eat a raw diet but they eat all of the prey including the partially digested grains etc in the stomach of their prey. It will be fine on this temporarily until you get some kitten food. Do NOT feed too much fish. Feeding too much fish can lead to Yellow Fat Disease (steatitis), caused by Vitamin E deficiency. Cats require taurine in their diet & fish doesn't provide this in sufficient amounts but meat does.

Get a good quality kitten food now! If you feed it other things then you are more than likely going to have some horrible diarrhea in a short time.

most any table scrapes, we feed our kittys table scrapes when we don't have enough money to buy cat food and they love it better than cat food, just make sure that u don't feed them anything sweet, stuff like meat, and rice and stuff like that is good for them.

Can't you come up with a $1.00? You can buy a pound box. for as little as 99 cents and it will last one cat a week.
