You should have it within a few weeks of receiving the copy of the final audit for that policy term, UNLESS you owe money on the current policy, or UNLESS your account is set up on an "account bill" basis and you owe premiums on a different policy, in which case the premium refund may be applied to the balance on your account.

You should get it within a few weeks. If you don't see it within 30 days or so, contact the insurance company and ask.
